पूर्व जन्मकृत दोषों का निवारण

शमन का सीधा अर्थ है – समाप्त करना और समाप्त करना है उन दोषों को, जिन दोषों ने जीवन को जीर्ण शीर्ण कर दिया है। इस जीवन के अज्ञान का शमन हो अथवा पूर्व जन्म के दोषों का शमन हो, इसका एक मात्र उपाय है गुरुदेव से शमन दीक्षा प्राप्त करना। शमन दीक्षा एक ऐसी चिन्गारी है जो आपके जीवन में एक बार प्रज्वलित हो जाने पर अग्निशिखा बन पूरी देह मानस में व्याप्त हो जाती है, जब एक बार शुद्धिकरण और शमन की यह क्रिया प्रारम्भ हो जाती है तो पूरे दोषों को समाप्त कर देती है, इसके प्रभाव से इस जन्म के तो क्या पूर्व जन्म के दोष भी समाप्त हो जाते हैं। आप स्वयं अपने जीवन को नये रूप से स्पष्टतः देख सकते हैं, शमन दीक्षा जीवन की नयी शुरुआत है।

साधक तथा शिष्य अपने गुरु के पास इसी उद्देश्य से आते हैं, कि वे अपने-आप को पूर्ण समर्पित कर गुरु के दिव्य ज्ञान एवं प्रभाव से अपने भीतर के विकारों का, अपने इस जन्म और पूर्वजन्म के दोषों का नाश कर दें। शिष्य अपना मार्ग स्वयं नहीं पहचान सकता, वह केवल गुरु द्वारा बताये गये मार्ग पर चलना जानता है, और जब वह सही मार्ग पर चलता है, तो उसे सिद्धि व सफलता अवश्य प्राप्त होती है।

प्रत्येक व्यक्ति ऐसा ही अनुभव कर रहा है कि इस संसार में उससे अधिक दुःखी, उससे अधिक तनावग्रस्त और उससे ज्यादा पीड़ित कोई अन्य है ही नहीं। ऐसा क्यों हो रहा है और क्यों सारी भौतिक सुविधाओं और उन्नति के बावजूद भी वह अपने-आप को असहाय और कटा हुआ अनुभव करता है, क्यों सामाजिक और पारिवारिक स्तर पर व्यक्ति अपने अन्दर घुटन अनुभव कर रहा है, क्यों नहीं वह इस प्रकार से चैतन्य, आनन्दित और सुखी बन पा रहा है, जैसा बनना मानव जीवन का अर्थ कहा गया है।

इसका उत्तर व्यक्ति को भौतिक रूप से शायद नहीं मिल सकेगा, क्योंकि यह व्यक्ति के अन्तःपक्ष से जुड़ी समस्या है जिसका समाधान अध्यात्म से ही संभव है, और अध्यात्म में भी थोथी बातों व प्रवचनों से नहीं वरन् वास्तविक और यथार्थ रूप से।

वास्तव में प्रत्येक चिन्तनशील व्यक्ति इस बिन्दु पर आता ही है जब वह सोचता है या सोचने को बाध्य हो जाता है कि मैंने तो अपने जीवन में इतना परिश्रम किया, इतनी बुद्धि लगायी, सफलता के प्रत्येक फॉर्मूलों को अपनाया और अपनी क्षमता से कोई कसर तो नहीं छोड़ी, फिर भी मेरा जीवन बिखरा-बिखरा क्यों है, क्यों नहीं परिवार के साथ मेरा सामंजस्य बनता है, क्यों मुझे इतना मानसिक तनाव बना रहता है? इस प्रकार की अनेक बातों का हल प्राप्त करने के लिए दैव इच्छा पर ही अन्त नहीं कर देना चाहिए। जीवन इतनी सस्ती वस्तु नहीं है, जिसे हम किसी ‘किन्तु-परन्तु’ पर छोड़ दें। पूज्य गुरुदेव ने एक अवसर पर कहा था कि गन्दगी पर कालीन डाल देने से दुर्गन्ध नहीं छिपती। इसी प्रकार अपने मानसिक तनाव, न्यूनताओं और अभावों पर ‘हरि इच्छा – प्रभु इच्छा’ का सुनहरा कालीन बिछा देने से सुगन्ध के झोंके प्रारम्भ नहीं हो जायेंगे, उल्टे जहां से दुर्गन्ध आ रही है, वह ढंकने पर और भी घनी हो जायेगी। इसका हल मिलेगा एक आध्यात्मिक यात्रा में और इस यात्रा का मार्ग है दीक्षाओं के स्वरूप में।

कदाचित यह बात कटु लग सकती है किन्तु व्यक्ति के जीवन के अधिकांश दुःखों का कारण उसके पूर्व जन्मकृत दोष ही होते हैं, जिनका शमन पूर्णरूप से दीक्षा द्वारा हो सकता है। दीक्षा का तात्पर्य है गुरु की कृपा और शिष्य की श्रद्धा का संगम, गुरु का आत्मदान और शिष्य का आत्म समर्पण, यह दीक्षा है। दीक्षा का तात्पर्य है गुरु द्वारा दान, शक्ति और सिद्धि का दान, शिष्य के अज्ञान और पाप का क्षय क्योंकि जब तक पापों का मोचन और दोषों का शमन पूर्णरूप से नहीं हो जाता तब तक शिष्य में पूर्णता नहीं आ सकती।

पापमोचन का तात्पर्य है शरीर में स्थित विकारों का नाश। निवृत्ति तथा विकार का तात्पर्य है जीवन में जो दोष हैं, चाहे वे इस जीवन के हों अथवा पूर्व जीवन के, क्योंकि पूर्वजन्म में किये गये कृत्यों का प्रभाव भी इस जीवन पर पड़ता ही है।

साधक तथा शिष्य अपने गुरु के पास इसी उद्देश्य से आते हैं, कि वे अपने-आप को पूर्ण समर्पित कर गुरु के दिव्य ज्ञान एवं प्रभाव से अपने भीतर के विकारों का, अपने इस जन्म और पूर्वजन्म के दोषों का नाश कर दें। शिष्य अपना मार्ग स्वयं नहीं पहचान सकता, वह केवल गुरु द्वारा बताये गये मार्ग पर चलना जानता है, और जब वह सही मार्ग पर चलता है, तो उसे सिद्धि व सफलता अवश्य प्राप्त होती है।

‘रुद्रयामल तंत्र’ के अनुसार जो साधक अपने गुरु के पास जाकर पूर्ण सिद्धि प्राप्त करना चाहता है, उसे किसी भी रूप में भूत शुद्धि करा कर पाप मोचिनी दीक्षा अवश्य ग्रहण करनी चाहिए, इस दीक्षा का स्वरूप अत्यन्त ही उपयोगी और प्रभावकारी है, यह तो आगे बढ़ने की दिशा में पहला प्रयास है।

पाप मोचिनी दीक्षा के सम्बन्ध में शास्त्रों में जिस प्रकार विस्तृत वर्णन दिया गया है उसकी एक झलक हम यहां प्रस्तुत कर रहे हैं।

शमन दीक्षा का प्रथम क्रम

इसके अनुसार स्नान आदि कर श्रेष्ठ मुहूर्त में साधक गुरु के समक्ष बैठे। शिष्य हाथ में जल लेकर संकल्प करे और अपने हाथ में एक नारियल ले। गुरु, शिष्य के ललाट पर तिलक करे तथा निम्न प्रकार से विनियोग करें –

विनियोग

ॐ शरीरस्यान्तर्यामी ॠषिः सत्यं देवता प्रकृति पुरुषश्छन्दः पापपुरुषशोषणे विनियोगः।

इसके बाद साधक अपने बांएं हाथ में जल लेकर शरीर पर छींटे मारे। इस जन्म के दोषों का प्रभाव पूरे शरीर पर पड़ता है, यह शरीर शुद्धि, आत्म शुद्धि की पापमोचिनी दीक्षा का स्वरूप है, तदुपरान्त ध्यान करें।

ध्यान

हृदय में स्थित कमल, जिसका मूल ‘धर्म’ और नाल ‘ध्यान’ है, आठ प्रकार के ‘ऐश्‍वर्य’ उसके दल हैं। प्रणव द्वारा उद्भासित है उस कार्णिका पर दीप शिखा के समान ज्योति स्वरूप जीवात्मा स्थित है, वह जीवात्मा में विष्णु स्वरूप, शिव स्वरूप, ब्रह्मा स्वरूप स्थित है और कुण्डलिनी तथा जीवात्मा का मिलन है, उसी की जागृति की सम्पूर्णता है, ऐसी शुद्ध जीवात्मा को मैं पूर्ण भक्ति भाव से प्रणाम करता हूं।

ऐसा ध्यान सम्पन्न करने के पश्‍चात् गुरु शिष्य के शरीर में ब्रह्मा, विष्णु तथा शिव की स्थापना करें।

इसके पश्‍चात् साधक ‘रुद्राक्ष माला’ से निम्न शुद्धि मंत्र की पांच मालाएं उसी स्थान पर सम्पन्न करें।

बीज मंत्र

ॐ परमशिव सुषुम्नापथेन मूलश्रृंगाटक उल्लस उल्लस ज्वल ज्वल, प्रज्वल प्रज्वल सोहं हंसः स्वाहा॥

इस प्रकार के पूजन के पश्‍चात् साधक के शरीर में हलचल सी प्रारम्भ होती है भीतर ही भीतर विशेष मंथन प्रारम्भ होता है, यह पाप मोचन (शमन) की पहली प्रक्रिया है।

शमन दीक्षा का दूसरा क्रम –

पाप मोचन – शमन दीक्षा के तीन क्रमों में पहला क्रम समाप्त होते ही शिष्य के लिए दूसरा क्रम प्रारम्भ किया जाता है।

साधक अपने सामने एक ताम्र पात्र में शिवलिंग स्थापित करें तथा गुरु उसे ‘जीवात्मा शुद्धि रूप’ में अभिषेक करें। इस शुद्धि अभिषेक के जल को शिष्य के ऊपर छिड़क कर शुद्धि कार्य सम्पन्न करें, उसके पश्‍चात् निम्न बीज मंत्र से 21 बार कुश को जल में डुबो कर उस पर छिड़कते हुए शुद्धता की ओर अग्रसर हों।

बीज मंत्र

ॐ यं लिंगशरीरं शोषय शोषय स्वाहा॥

इस दूसरे क्रम की समाप्ति होते-होते साधक को इस प्रकार का आभास होता है कि उसके शरीर में से कुछ निकल कर बाहर जा रहा है, और भीतर ही भीतर एक खालीपन अनुभव होता है, रोम-खड़े हो जाते हैं… लेकिन चिन्ता की कोई बात नहीं है, जब भी आन्तरिक स्वरूप से दोष अणु स्वरूप में बाहर निकलते हैं, तो शरीर रोकता है, शुद्धि प्रक्रिया में कष्ट अवश्य होता है लेकिन कुछ समय बाद ही एक शांति, स्थिरता का अनुभव होता है।

शमन दीक्षा का तीसरा क्रम

तीसरे क्रम में साधक के वर्तमान जीवन के दोषों का शमन क्रम पूर्ण किया जाता है, जब तक शरीर के आतिरिक्त मन भी निरोगी नहीं हो जाता, तब तक किसी भी कार्य में अथवा साधना में सिद्धि नहीं हो पाती।

यह दीक्षा परम शिव पद प्राप्त करने की साधना है, इसमें गुरु अपने शिष्य को पूर्व की ओर मुंह कर बिठाएं, ‘108 कमल बीज’ द्वारा उसके शरीर के 108 स्रोत बिन्दुओं को जाग्रत करते हुए उसमें 108 लक्ष्मी स्वरूपों की स्थापना करें।

फिर लक्ष्मी के स्वरूप यंत्र को अग्निकोण में स्थापित कर उसके आगे अग्नि का दीपक जलाएं और निम्न बीज मंत्र से आह्वान करें –

बीज मंत्र

ॐ ह्रीं वैष्णवै प्रतिष्ठा कमलात्मनै हुं नमः

इस क्रम में पूर्णता के पश्‍चात् शिष्य गुरु का पूजन करें, गुरु को शिव स्वरूप मानते हुए आरती, पुष्प इत्यादि से पूजन सम्पन्न कर अपने-आप को पूर्णरूप से समर्पित कर दें।

इस प्रकार पूजन कार्य सम्पन्न कर शिष्य नैवेद्य एवं दक्षिणा समर्पित करे तथा अपने दोषों के पूर्ण नाश हेतु प्रार्थना कर गुरु का आशीर्वाद प्राप्त करे।

यह दीक्षा साधारण दीक्षा नहीं है, जब इस दीक्षा द्वारा इष्ट देव और गुरुदेव के ध्यान में चित्त तन्मय हो जाता है, और दीक्षा द्वारा उनकी कृपा प्राप्त होती है तो चित्त पूर्णरूप से शुद्ध होकर एक विशेष आनन्द का अनुभव करता है, और पवित्रता, शक्ति, शांति की शत्-शत् धाराएं उसके ‘स्व’ को आप्लावित कर अत्यन्त दिव्य बना देती हैं।

उपरोक्त शास्त्रोक्त विधान दीक्षा के अतिरिक्त सद्गुरु केवल मात्र अपने शक्तिपात से ही ये सभी क्रियाएं भी सम्पन्न करने में सक्षम होते हैं।

To Mitigate Sins of Previous Births

The word Shaman (Mitigation) directly means to terminate, and to terminate those flaws, the flaws which have dilapidated this present life. Whether it is the mitigation of the ignorance of this birth, or it is a mitigation of flaws and defects of the previous lives, the only way to achieve this is through obtaining Shaman Diksha from Gurudev. The Shaman Diksha is that spark, which when ignited into the flame of your life, will permeate as radiant energy through the entire body and mind, once this process of purification and mitigation initiates, it destroys all the flaws, and not only this birth, but it also destroys the flaws of previous births. You can yourself view your life clearly in a new form, the Shaman Diksha is a new beginning of life.
The Sadhaks and disciples seek their Guru so that they can destroy the flaws of this and previous births by the Divine wisdom and influence of Guru through complete devotion. A disciple cannot discern his own path himself, he only know to tread on the path shown by Guru, and when he follows the correct proper path, he definitely obtains success and accomplishments.

Every person feels that there is none else is more sadder, stressed and sufferer than him in this world. Why is this happening and why, despite all the material amenities and advancements, he feels lonely and cut-off, why a person is getting suffocated and frustrated in the society and family, why is he not able to be active, joyful and happy, as the meaning of human life has been termed as.
A person will not be able to find the answer to these queries on the physical level, because this problem is attached to the inner-being of a person, whose solution is only possible spiritually, and even in spiritually, through only a practical and clear way, instead of through inane teachings and discourses.
In reality, every intelligent person in this world arrives at a thought that he thinks, or is forced to think that, I put in so much hard work in this life, used my wisdom, utilized each success formula, and worked to my full capability, then why is my life so scattered, why harmony is absent between myself and my family, why am I always so full of mental tension? One should not just leave the answers to these questions to fate or destiny. The life is not such a cheap commodity that we leave it to such chances. Pujya Gurudev had once stated that covering trash does not hide its smell. Similarly, wrapping up a carpet of “God’s will” on our mental tensions, shortcomings and defects will not emanate fresh aroma, rather the stench will only increase, if it is covered. The only solution to this lies in a spiritual journey and this journey is the path of Dikshas.
This may sound harsh, but most of the suffering in a man’s life is due to the flaws of previous lives, which can be fully mitigated through Dikshas. The term Diksha implies the combination of initiation of the grace of the Guru and the faith of disciple, the confluence of spiritual donation by Guru and offering of self by the disciple, is the Diksha. The word Diksha entails donation by Guru, the donation of energy and accomplishments, the destruction of ignorance and sins of the disciple, because until the redemption of sins and mitigation of flaws is not fully complete, the disciple cannot attain Perfection.
The word Paap-Mochan or redemption implies Sanctification destruction of defects of the body. The defects entails the imperfections in life, which could be either of this birth or previous births, because the karmas actions of previous births definitely influence the current birth.
The Sadhaks and disciples come to their Guru with a wish to terminate the imperfections of this life, and the sins of previous and current lives, through full dedication by the Divine knowledge and influence of Guru. A disciple cannot discern his own path, he only knows to tread on the path shown by Guru, and when he follows the correct proper path, then he definitely obtains Siddhi accomplishments and success.
According to “Rudrayamal Tantra“, any Sadhak who wishes to obtain complete Siddhi accomplishments, should definitely obtain “Paap Mochini Diksha” after completion of Bhoot-Siddhi in any form. This Diksha is extremely useful and effective, it is the first step to move forward.
We are providing below a glimpse of the detailed description of Paap Mochini Diksha as described in our scriptures.

First Step of Shaman Diksha
Sit in front of Guru in an auspicious Muhurath moment after taking bath etc. The disciple should make a resolution holding water in hand, and then take a coconut in hand. Guru will mark a Tilak on disciple’s forehead and will perform Viniyog as –

Then the Sadhak will take water in his left hand and sprinkle on his body. The flaws of this birth impact the entire body, this is the form of body purification and self-purification of Paapmochini Diksha initiation, thereafter meditate.

Dhyaan meditation
The Lotus in heart, with base-stem as “Dharma” and pod as “Dhyaan“, and the eight kinds of “Aishwarya” are its petals. It is fashioned by love, and flame like soul is seated on its pinnacle top, this soul has amalgamation of Vishnu nature, Shiva nature and Brahma nature within it, and this is a fusion of Kundalini and life-soul, its activation is the Totality, I pray to this pure soul with full complete devotion.
After this meditation, Guru will set-up Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva in the disciple’s body.
Then the Sadhak will chant 5 mala of below-mentioned purification Mantra with “Rudraksh Mala“-

Om ParamShiv Sukshumnapathen Moolshringaatak Ullas Ullas Jwal Jwal, Prajwal Prajwal Soham HansaH Swaha ||

The Sadhak will experience stirrings in his body after completion of such worship, special churning initiates within him, this is the first stage of Paap Mochan (Shaman).

Second Step of Shaman Diksha-
The second step for the disciple commences immediately after completion of the first step of the three-stage Paap Mochan – Shaman Diksha initiation.
The Sadhak should setup Shivling in a copper plate in front, and the Guru will consecrate anoint it in “Jeewatma Shuddhi Roop“. The purification anointment will be completed by sprinkling this purified consecrated water on the disciple, then sprinkle water using a Kusha grass dipped in the anointed water 21 times chanting the following Beej Mantra –

Beej Mantra –
Om Yam Lingshariram Shokshaye Shokshaye Swaaha ||

By the culmination of this second step, the Sadhak feels something stemming out of his body, and starts senses emptiness inside, and experiences all his hairs standing-out… but there is nothing to panic, when these atoms of flaws emanate out from the internal body, then the body tries to inhibit them, some pain certainly gets felt in this purification process, but one experiences peace and stability after some time.

Third Step of Shaman Diksha –
In the third step, complete mitigation of all the flaws of current life is accomplished, one cannot achieve accomplishment in any task or Sadhana until the mind is also purified along with the body.
This Diksha is the Sadhana to obtain the Param Shiva Stage, Guru will instruct His Sadhak to sit facing East, and setup 108 Lakshmi forms within him by activating the 108 source points through 108 Kamal Beej.
Then after setting up the Lakshmi form Yantra in South-East, light a lamp and invoke through following Beej Mantra-

After completing this step, the disciple should perform Guru-Poojan worship, and accomplish the poojan considering Guru as Shiva form through Aarti, Flowers etc. and offer his entire self onto Him.
After completion of this poojan-worship, the disciple should offer Neiveidh and Dakshina, and obtain Guru’s blessings by praying for complete mitigation of the defects and flaws.
This Diksha is not any ordinary Diksha, when the mind gets completely fused in the meditation of Isht-Dev and Guru-Dev, and when grace is obtained through Diksha, then the purified mind experiences a special joy, and the hundreds of streams of purity, energy and peace radiates his self into Divine.
Only SadGuru is capable to accomplish these processes through His Shaktipaat instead of the above-mentioned Sacred Diksha processes.
